Volunteers.
Paul Weiser
|
Paul is a volunteer and collaborator on the CIHR funded project, the Youth Concussion Awareness Network. He became interested in concussion after sustaining one skiing in 2014, and since then has worked on various research projects with the Concussion Centre at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and now the OAK Concussion Lab. He was a Youth Advisor on the CIHR application, sharing his experience recovering from a concussion throughout high school to illustrate the potential of a peer-led approach. Paul studied Arts & Science at McMaster University for three semesters and is currently on hiatus from school. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with his family's Bernese Mountain Dog, Sally; playing tennis and basketball, reading, watching the Indianapolis Colts, and playing the drums.
